Waist Trainer
A waist trainer is a structured, adjustable belt that wraps your midsection to create gentle, even compression. Ours is designed to support your posture, cue better bracing during daily movement and lifting, and keep you mindful of your core—all while pairing with your nutrition and training plan for real results.
How to be successful with a trainer:
Wear it
Follow the meal plan
Follow the workout plan
Never give up
Measure around your waist or the widest part of your torso to find your correct size. The belt must be able to zip comfortably when worn.
The measurement is similar to how you would size a belt for jeans—it is based on the full circumference of your waist.
This waist trainer is designed to wrap fully around your midsection and zip in the front. It also features an adjustable outer belt that goes over the zipper, allowing you to control compression and add extra support and comfort.
The design is inspired by a corset for shaping and structure, but it does not contain metal, making it more flexible and comfortable for everyday wear.
What to expect when belt arrives:
When your belt arrives, it may feel very tight at first—this is normal. The material is designed to be firm when new and will begin to stretch and adjust to your body after a few wears.
It’s important that your belt is able to zip. If it feels snug, give it a few tries as the material softens and molds to your shape.
Keep in mind, sizing issues often come from not measuring properly. Guessing your size instead of measuring your waist will lead to an incorrect fit.
Another common mistake is measuring your waist, then changing your eating habits before the belt arrives. If you consume more inflammatory foods, your waist measurement can increase due to bloating or water retention, which may affect how the belt fits when you try it on.
This is why the included meal plan is not optional—it is strongly recommended. Following it helps reduce inflammation, stabilize your body, and keep your measurements consistent.
If the belt feels too tight at first, stay consistent with the plan, reduce inflammatory foods, and try again. Your body will adjust, and the fit will improve.
