1. How do I choose the right size?

You must follow the size chart and measure yourself before ordering. Do not guess your size or order based on what you “usually wear.”

Each product includes sizing instructions. You are responsible for selecting the correct size based on your measurements.

 

2. Can I return or exchange my body shaper?

No.

Body shapers are considered intimate garments (underwear), so they are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

 

3. Can I return my waist trainer belt?

Yes, waist trainer belts can be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • They are unworn

  • In original packaging

  • In new condition

If the item has been worn or damaged, it will not be accepted.

 

4. Do you offer refunds on digital products?

No.

All digital products are final sale. Once purchased and delivered, they cannot be returned or refunded.

 

5. Why does the body shaper feel so tight?

This is normal.

Body shapers are designed to be:

  • Snug

  • Supportive

  • Compressive

This is how they work. A tight fit does not mean it is the wrong size if you followed the size chart.

 

6. What if I ordered the wrong size?

You are responsible for selecting your size.

We provide sizing charts and instructions to help you choose correctly. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

 

7. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

You will receive tracking information once your order is processed. WaistedMom is not responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves our facility.

 

8. What if my item arrives damaged?

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

We will review and determine if a replacement is appropriate.

 

9. Will this product help me lose weight?

Our products are tools to support your journey.

Results depend on:

  • Your consistency

  • Your nutrition

  • Your activity level

We do not guarantee weight loss or body changes.

 

10. Do I still need to diet and exercise?

Yes.

No product replaces:

  • Whole foods

  • Strength training

  • Daily movement

The best results come from combining all of these consistently.
